			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Are you new to <a href="http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop/">Adobe Photoshop</a>? This will be a key software for this class and will be using it right from the start to create interface designs. While I will offer some tech clinics in class, they will only be a starting point for you. You are responsible for building your skills outside of class and one great way to achieve this is use DoIT offers <a href="http://www.doit.wisc.edu/training/student/">Software Training for Students</a>.<span id="more-10"></span></p>
<p>As a part of your tuition, you have <em>free</em> access to some outstanding resources via STS. In addition to <em>online tutorials</em>, STS is offering a <a href="http://www.doit.wisc.edu/training/student/course.aspx?id=50">series of in-person Photoshop classes</a> starting January 24th.</p>
