Websites from Tuesday’s lecture
Below is a listing of the sites I shared in class on Tuesday, with some additions. One of the best is the Web Design from Scratch site. It’s an excellent resource for aspiring web communicators. It’s definitely a resource to use again and again.
Remember the one of the key points from our discussion on Tuesday was to understand how web design style and convention has evolve to this point (e.g. the Web 2.0 style). And notice too how how these sites use CRAP and content to make key information/key messages prominent.

Your quite welcome Alex. CRAP is an acronym we use for good design principles. These include:
C- Contrast
R- Repetition
A- Alignment
P- Proximity
Oh! Thanks for the explanation. And good luck with that classes, looks really interesting!

Am I the only one that thought Don said the website redesign we get to chose is due Next Tuesday at the start of class? Ugh… I hate uncertainty.
Was anybody else confused about the due date? If so, please let me know. We can discuss this in class today. If we need any extra lab day, that certainly is an option (meaning the assignment could be due next Tuesday instead).

Thanks for the link to my website.
Just I can’t understand the use of the word “Crap” inside that paragraph, maybe you can explain it …
